The CNP Assurance group has chosen Qweekle for managing crowd control at its corporate restaurants and vaccination centers.
The overall idea was to organize time slot reservations and avoid queues. Ensuring high-quality service and guaranteeing optimal safety for the three thousand employees spread across the two corporate restaurants were at the heart of the project.
That was the challenge.
The teams quickly defined the necessary architecture and specified the functional constraints. A few days later, a proof of concept was validated!
Then it was time to put everything into action: defining capacity limits, creating a presentation video, importing data, setting up time slots, preparing an internal mailing, and conducting server stress tests (yes, thank you to CNP’s IT team!).
Now, every employee can reserve a spot in just a few seconds, whether from their office or their phone.
Thanks to the fair distribution of attendance, queues and waiting times are avoided. Each employee can fully enjoy their break time under the best possible sanitary conditions.
