But what does it specifically entail?

The cash register itself must meet the expectations of a public revenue management system, with advanced customization options for different accounting codes.

Another particularity of a Communauté de Communes is the large number of operators who need to interact with the tools (entry recording, reservations, scheduling, sales, etc.). The interfaces must be intuitive to facilitate training and knowledge transfer across different operating sites.

The software must then address a series of standard operational needs:

Detailed product information
Management of schedules (activity availability, recurring or specific scheduling)
Centralization of direct reservations, phone reservations, and online reservations
Quoting and invoicing directly from the software
Inventory management
Ticketing / QR code and barcode scanning
Pricing of activities based on the time of year (hour types, happy hour, etc.)
Reporting on different payment methods, generation of sales journals to date
Traceability of all operations
Advanced access rights (by site, by operator, etc.)
Statistics

Qweekle meets all of these requirements, and for any deviations (such as tracking FFV licenses or managing fitness certificates), specific developments can be considered.

In terms of hardware, Qweekle, as a SaaS solution, requires nothing more than an internet connection to function. In most cases, existing hardware (cash register, printer, scanner, etc.) is compatible with the solution, representing significant cost savings!

Team training is conducted remotely based on each profile (cashiers, base managers, administrators), and ongoing support is provided by our support teams, available 7 days a week, without notice.
