Ensuring that you get the most out of our solution is one of our priorities, and you’ll benefit from high-quality, personalised support every step of the way.

Installation

  • We will support you through a series of personalised, face-to-face meetings with your dedicated trainer..
  • We’ll take things one step at a time, starting with the fizzy drinks, not forgetting the children’s meal, going through the group rates, and ending with the works council ticketing with deferred payment. 🙂
  • By the end, you’ll have mastered the tool and be able to train your own teams. If needed, we can also support you in this area (remotely or face-to-face).

Ongoing training

  • Every six to eight weeks, you’ll receive updates from our team, including new features, improvements and fixes. And for key events(Halloween, Christmas, summer vacation), you’ll receive a specific tutorial email.
  • These emails are all opportunities to contact us, either to perfect a certain task or to implement a function you haven’t used yet.
  • Throughout the year, we organise various webinars dedicated tospecific issues, such as ticketing, access control, gift vouchers, and more

Support seven days a week

Delivering impeccable service is embedded in our DNA.

  • Support is available by email or phone, seven days a week, from 9am to 8pm, and late-night sessions are organised for special occasions(Halloween, New Year’s Day, etc.). When we can’t find the answers immediately, we’ll follow them up closely.
  • On weekends and public holidays, we can unblock your operators, help you close the tills, or remind you how to refund a sale.
  • During business hours, we’ll be happy to help you upgrade your skills or train you in new functions.

Qweekle is collaborative

  • The application is updated every six to eight weeks on average. And who better than our users to point out the weaknesses and gaps in the tool ? Or to identify the trend that will make a difference in the months or years ahead ?
  • The improvements and new features we’ve introduced are the result of feedback and requests identified during our discussions with you. In some cases, we involve key users right from the specification writing stage.
  • This way, we achieve real user control, guaranteeing that everyone gets to deploy the functions they really want.
