Qweekle is involved in the operation of one of the largest inflatable castles in the world.
Over 2000m2, 340m of course, 38 challenges, and a 60,000 Kw generator – these are the extraordinary numbers of one of the largest inflatable castles in the world.
But the challenge here was not technical or logistical. How to organize such an event while ensuring social distancing measures, traceability, and the highest level of safety? And how to do it in just a few weeks, amidst the COVID context with limited visibility, ever-changing deconfinement rules, and the need to reassure the public?
The answer: being Agile, utilizing existing tools (no-code), and working in a network.
ArteCom as the architect, Art & Smile for event management, Oodoo and Qweekle for the digital aspect, all came together to make it happen. And the keyword was “phygital” – the perfect blend of physical and digital operations.
In just three weeks, the “baby” was born: https://thebig.socialbubble.fun/ – a secure event that complies with all the current health regulations, thanks to pre-event digitalization (reservation by social bubble and capacity control), during the event (access control, interaction among participants via connected objects), and post-event (participant traceability while respecting everyone’s privacy).
